Structured and streamlined PMC’s IR program working interdepartmentally with disparate departments of the Company. Developed buy-side coverage database to map and manage communications with more than 100 institutional stakeholders. Created “outbound” investor events radar screen for the management team in order to allocate our quarterly promotional time and budget optimally across more than 20 separate investment banks. Managed effective investor conferences for our executive team with extensive analysis and preview of buy-side participants and existing shareholders. Produced compelling management scripts for our quarterly conference calls; prepared answers to anticipated questions from the Street; and, organized other critical resource materials for these calls including data spreadsheets, graphical exhibits and investor callback schedules. Supported the Company and its investors during a tumultuous transitional period related to our recent merger.

Established Merriman’s micro-cap tech-equity research and technology banking activities covering a wide range of technology companies in multiple sectors, including mobile, Internet social, e-commerce, semis, Cloud storage, and software. Worked closely with many management teams to understand and rationalize their complex operating models. Wrote extensive research on select companies; also, trained an associate analyst during the process. Conducted micro-cap technology research and investment banking activities for the firm, with strong applications in semis, mobility, Cloud technology and computation.

Blaylock, Robert Van is a full-service investment bank with offices in Oakland, Manhattan and Chicago. The firm employs 42 professionals with a heavy focus on corporate, municipal and government debt and quantitative equity software modeling. I've been chartered with building the firm's technology equity research and banking opportunities.

Development effective small-cap, high-tech equity coverage universe for this LA-based boutique investment bank. Worked to develop successful franchise across the industry with chosen companies. Wrote extensively to outline operating models, critical success factors, and both long- and short-term financial developments.
