Currently Enrolled in SAIT and on a mission to complete the Applied Management Certificate of Achievement - BLUE SEAL CERTIFICATE. I plan on this taking until December 2024, I will revisit this once my course is completed to see if I achieved that goal. Studies include a minimum 144 Hours and 12 courses. I plan on completing 16 Courses with 210 Hours of studies -

Students will also examine other topics such as the role and characteristics of the property tax, elements of assessment techniques, tax rate setting, property tax relief and reform, and the economic effects of property taxes.
