I pride myself on being a businessman and I continue to learn as my businesses grow and develop. Bringing great service and a wealth of technical experience, I create ventures that succeed. Above simply the commercial success of my businesses though, I'm most proud of the team spirit that they create, and the people that I help to progress and prosper. I'm very committed to giving young people the chance to get their foot in the door in business and as such I employ a number of young people at UK Meds, all of whom are constantly learning and thriving. I am proud to be a family man and manage my businesses in very much the same way - not least because one of my businesses, UK Meds, is a joint venture with my eldest son. My management style is not hierarchal at all - each member of my team brings a different set of skills and I like to get input from them in all major decisions.
