- Assists the Venue Coordinator in liaising with service providers, contractors and clients. - Oversees the set up delivery schedule and ensure quality control is applied. - Assists with coordination of all aspects of event and Hospitality Set up. - Assists with the coordination of event delivery lead-in (including all logistical arrangements), ensuring that all documentation is current, and any issues are reported to the Venue Coordinator. - Supervises casual event staff including traffic management, , cleaning & waste, Hospitatlity, Guest Management as directed by the venue manager. - Prepare post event report. - Liaise with all stakeholder and report directly to venue manager. - Report any incident to management. - Daily Reporting.
