Lead strategic communications efforts for Rhine Civic Partners, while also playing a key role in business development. Responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, supporting firm growth, and helping clients navigate complex organizational and community-driven initiatives.

In this role, I oversee the communications and marketing activities related to 3CDC’s real estate development work. This includes the writing, editing and distribution of press releases and email marketing campaigns related to 3CDC projects and commercial tenants; media relations related to 3CDC projects, including proactively pitching stories to news outlets and responding to media inquiries; overseeing 3CDC’s six websites – 3cdc.org, downtowncincinnati.com myfountainsquare.com, washingtonpark.org, memorialhallotr.com, and zieglerpark.org; the writing and submission of grant requests and applications to support the free programming offered by 3CDC at the four civic spaces the organization manages; and overseeing the production of groundbreakings, construction kickoffs and ribbon-cutting events for 3CDC projects.
