* Represented agency while working with the public, developers and other governmental agencies in reaching balanced solutions to development challenges. * Managed review of dozens of development and land use proposals at any one time. * Reviewed and recommended land use proposals, including adjustments, site plan reviews, conditional uses, historic reviews, land and condominium subdivisions, and map and zoning text amendments. * Served as lead planner for the redevelopment and master planning of a 238-acre brownfield site involving the creation of a specific plan, design guidelines, and a development agreement between the City and the master developer.

* Collect and analyze data during various stages of project planning and implementation to evaluate the performance of major transit investments, including light rail extensions and a new commuter rail line, using federal New Starts grants. * Represent agency at public meetings, open houses, and technical meetings for major transit investments and local transportation system plans. * Managed contractor for transit project planning, design and environmental analysis to support a planned 6-mile extension of the Portland Streetcar on a former freight railroad right-of-way.
