Partner with engineering to provide support when identifying new and current vendors for key components. • Coordinate RFQ’s for production and engineering teams to ensure high quality components are selected • Manage daily communication with suppliers to identify potential vendor shortages, price, and quality concerns to optimize procurement objectives and ensure the company's production needs are met. • Maintain daily communication with vendor managed inventory (VMI) and min/max programs with multiple suppliers to ensure production is supported effectively. • Manage and process indirect purchases (MRO) as needed for production.

• Ensure vendor and supplier data in Oracle is current and accurate by inputting all new vendor information and continually updating existing supplier profiles. Diligent in reporting enabling users to process purchases and payments efficiently. • Collaborate with production planners on status reports for assigned materials, ensuring delivery time accuracy. • Partner with Accounts Payable to swiftly resolve invoice discrepancies. • Manage supplier communication by sending open and past due order reports weekly to reflect the most accurate data.

• Collect and stock finished goods in the warehouse efficiently. • Load trailers and export containers strategically to reduce vehicles needed for shipments. • Provide exceptional customer service by retrieving and delivering orders promptly. • Wrap, pack and prepare orders for shipping.
