Manage entitlements for development properties and land owners. Negotiate with governments and special districts to gain concurrence for subdivisions, zoning approvals and provision of services to properties. Perform due diligence, project evaluation and foreclosure mitigation services for real estate lenders. Assist in resolving any issues on acquired properties to allow sale at the highest possible value.

Responsible for all aspects of residential development in the company’s flagship development, Centerra, as well as in other projects in Northern Colorado. Planning, financial analysis, builder marketing, community design, entitlements and development constituted the major aspects of this position. Governmental and neighbor relations were key facets in managing the residential components of the Centerra project. Also responsible for establishing and managing metropolitan districts and a homeowner’s association.

Concentrating on sales to builders, structure of golf, and planning for $53 million of initial phase back-bone infrastructure and golf construction. Project on-hold.

Primary responsibilities included all aspects of development of The Farm at Arapahoe County, a 633 acre master planned community; and planning for The Canyons, a 3,533 acre high end golf course community in Douglas County, Colorado. Accountable for all governmental entitlements, development of off-site infrastructure, marketing and builder relations.

Managed this rapidly growing water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage district serving over 5,000 residences and businesses in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
