Business Planner, Strategic Planning Group Provided financial and strategic support to East Region sales managers, who called on over 120 large national restaurant accounts. Structured deals for new and existing accounts, approved contract negotiations, and performed multi-year volume and financial forecasting. Financial Analyst/Associate Business Planner, Strategic Planning Group Worked closely with the CMO, CFO and marketing team to manage the $500 million advertising and marketing budget. Conducted breakeven analysis and ran system financials for a number of strategic initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns.

* Implemented full cycle recruiting process to successfully hire, on average, 30 new colleagues per year. * Shortened time-to-fill by 50% (to below the industry average 90 days) since 2006 by strategically sourcing candidates through employee referrals, IJM’s interns and fellows program, web advertisements, job flyers, social media, job alert emails and other innovative sourcing strategies. * Helped reduce turnover among US hires by one third (to the mid-teens) by partnering with leadership to develop detailed success profiles and by patiently screening hundreds of applicants to hire only the most qualified 1-2%. * Grew the recruiting department from one to a highly efficient team of three, including a recruiter and an assistant. * Created and routinely deliver an interview training curriculum for staff and a resume workshop for interns.

* Spearheaded a $150,000 relief project, repairing homes of vulnerable Hurricane Ivan victims. * Authored a successful USAID grant application and project proposal used to raise over $50,000 in funding from private donors. Proposals included a detailed project and overhead budget. * Hired and supervised local carpenters, selected beneficiaries and procured building materials necessary to complete housing repairs for 15 homes. Established operations enabling colleagues to complete another 85 housing repairs.

Improved the health of hundreds, by managing the procurement, warehousing, and distribution of materials used in the construction of a maternity clinic/health post, 13 latrines, 16 new roofs and over 20 well rehabilitations. Brokered an agreement between the village development committee and local bike mechanics, using public land to construct a secure and marketable bike repair shop that generated monthly income for the village.

IJM is a $50M+ human rights organization that works to protect people from violent forces of injustice by securing rescue and restoration for victims, and by ensuring that public justice systems work for the poor. With the COO, led IJM’s planning process resulting in the development of a globally aligned three-year Strategic Plan, Annual Work Plans and corresponding key performance indicators. Led the change management process to successfully implement IJM’s internationalization project. Served as the primary liaison between the US-entity and our five Partner Offices in Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

Lead the team that manages United Road's relationships with large national remarketed companies.

Supported the pastor, Fr. John Riccardo, in the pursuit of OLGC's vision "to offer every person in our community a life-changing encounter with Jesus." Drove strategic alignment by guiding the leadership team through a visioning, strategic planning and annual work plan process. Aligned the process to a newly developed annual review process. Spearheaded a stewardship campaign that resulted in a one-year increase to offertory by 15%.
