Dedicated and Accountable Supervisor who is organized and detail oriented. Passionate about developing leadership skills and utilizing listening skills, humility, and integrity in all actions. Optimistic and chooses to lead by example. Excited to take on more responsibilities to help be a part of building and keeping a strong team. For the past 8 years at Van Drunen Farms, I've worked at both Drum Dried facilities, Strongheart and DD2. Starting as a production worker at Strongheart and making my way up the chain to Supervisor at DD2. As of August 2024, I decided to take my talents to the Farm Plant as night shift supervisor to take on more responsibilities.
