1. Sustain Issue Solving for iQ3 ultrasound probe - Adapter flex connection issue. Failure rate 1 0% in each lot. After a fully design review & stain gauge test, correct the height of stack up & re-define the torque to lower the failure rate to 0.4 % for each lot. - Improve & redesign USB bracket to improve the waterproof. Failure rate 5 – 8 % when the probes are back to RMA. Also, the dongle board had 5 % failure rate in each lot after air leak test. After design change on USB bracket, failure rate 0.7 % in RMA and waterproof test. - Improve waterproof in fuel button Failure rate 8 % in each lot. After changing the thickness of adhesive to cover the warpage of button structure. The failure rate is lowered to 0.7% for each lot. - Disconnection issue for probe cable Unclear disconnection when the cable lock is still engaged. After a fully review in existing design, modified the insertion distance from cable. The failure rate is lowered from 5% to 0.5% in each lot. 2. New Development for iQ4 ultrasound probe - Lead ME & Manufacturing team to complete EVT build. - Work with supplier chain & quality team to complete the plastic/rubber/post process supplier. - Complete V&V test for probe in EVT build
