QA Test Manager assigned to the Demand/Response project for Nevada Energy. This is a new system that incorporates the Demand Response Management System (DRMS) application by UISOL, the Advantage system by C4, wireless technology used in the home, and internal interfaces to NVE CIS system Banner, and several other internal NVE systems. This system will be used to control enrolled customer electricity usage during pre-configured events which are planned and executed from the DRMS application. The system is also capable of forecasting, settlement, M&V, optimization, reporting, and notification. My responsibilities include managing multiple vendor releases and defect resolution, managing the testing resources, planning and execution of new releases, managing load and performance testing, and tracking all requirements and ensuring complete test coverage using HPQC

Senior QA Lead for the Wealth Management team supporting the Cetera migration of their back office from SIS to Broadridge BPS. This position consists of managing all QA and UAT test efforts for the Folio and Envestnet 3rd party investment tools. The requirements, test cases, and defects are all held in the Smartbear QA Complete test management tool, as well as the reports for QA metrics. As a QA Lead, I am responsible for managing the Test and Verification of Cetera's Data Conversion from their current back-office brokerage system (SIS) to a third party vendor (Broadridge) Brokerage Processsing System (BPS). I am subsequently responsible for the Validation of Business Process Functionality on the Broadridge BPS platform once data conversion is verified, ensuring Cetera can successfully execute their business processes. I was also assigned as QA Lead for the ABR Data Warehouse project, which included managing the ETL test effort, updating the test strategy to include the process for testing the reports, and driving the defect resolution to completion.

* As a Senior Quality/Validation Engineer, I provided regulatory guidance, quality direction and oversight/coordination for validation initiatives and deliverables. My responsibilities included leading validation efforts, assuring compliance to regulations, responding to issues/challenges and limiting exposure to liability and risk. I worked with multiple levels of staff to assure validation initiatives were accurate, complete and compliant to internal Quality processes and external regulations. In addition to leading validation initiatives, I was responsible for: * All validation documentation for 14 project initiatives to ensure they were accurate and complete * Performed both pre and post execution review of all test cases for the projects I was responsible for * Provided training using HPQC test case creation, execution, and defect management * CRQ Review/approvals for all IT change requests * Coached and guided project members on validation requirements and best practices
