** Inside Response was acquired by SelectQuote Insurance services in May, 2020. ** Inside Response is a technology-enabled marketing company that helps large brands acquire new customers through online marketing and inside sales. We generate clicks, calls, and leads with a focus on the consumer insurance industries (auto, home, life, health, and Medicare) and medical alerts.

What I did for Inside Response.. I was responsible for coaching and training the team(s) of Advisors/Leads and strove for advisors continual improvement. I worked with advisors on an individual basis to maximize their production and efficiency to ensure they are reaching their maximum bonus potential and Inside Response is reaching its revenue goals. I created a training curriculum and conducted initial orientation & sales training in a classroom setting, as well as, in a one-on-one basis. I coordinated and implemented any updates to the training program as needed, prepared educational material/aids for each new hire, and provided assessments at the end of the training period along with performance evaluations. Effectively managed the performance improvement process with a number of advisors; ranging from 50-150+ individuals with mature conflict resolution and communication skills.

Pharmacy Clerk • Managing prescription orders • Inputting new patient/new prescription information on a daily basis • Troubleshooting insurance claims and other insurance related problems • Deal with hundreds of customers on a daily basis, retrieving account information and processing purchases and rentals.
