* Responsible for: * Accounts receivable aging/collection which requires working with other departments and individual customers. * Preparation of export documentation for international machine sales. * Preparation and filing sales tax returns for 40 states. * Processing of credit card transactions/sales. * Credit insurance management. * Overview and processing international letters of credits which involves working with our financial institution as well as customers and their financial institutions. Close work with outside salesmen in finalizing documentation for international sales transactions. * Monthly closing activities for accounts receivable department.
