JTLAW (Juvenile & teenager's learning advice workshops) is a youth development social enterprise based in Northampton. We actively recruit for positions/apprenticeships for 16-24 years as well as running workshops giving support in CV writing, interview skills, role plays and screenings. We work with NEETS and ex offenders to gain employment in logistics and construction.

My role at Norse is a 360 consultant in an account management position. The industry I recruit in is construction and work across the UK with previous and new clients I generated myself.

Main duties include administration, as well as monitoring new Health and safety measures as well as piloting inductions and fire and safety drills. I would also monitor the site and make sure that all safety precautions are in place.

Main duties include running IAG sessions in the main site with new starters enrolling onto college programs. As well as this I would do the back end work in the office including recruitment of new companies based in and around Essex who would provide staff to attend new courses.

Managing a portfolio of accounts for voluntary placements across London, working with NEET customers aged 18-24 to gain employment. Creating workshops for customers for up skills. Sales calls and back tracking customers as we as managing new and existing client accounts (4 month contract Morgan Hunt)

I joined HAYS as an associate and worked on a blue collar construction desk. I worked in a team of 16 and my specific region was south Birmingham. I was set KPIs which I achieved and also set a number of records that I was rewarded for at our regional end of period overview. One of these achievements was to have 72 candidates start work in a 4 week period.
