I have led management hiring across the UK and Nordics, including full staffing of 10 new store openings within 12 months. Delivered assessment centres, strengthened employer branding, and built scalable recruitment processes. Managed internship programs across the UK and France, hosting a large student recruitment event and designing initiatives that improved talent attraction and candidate experience.
