* Working in the Membership Department and reporting to the State Secretary. Responsibilities of the role were: * Supervising four staff and creating and managing rosters * Instructing 11 levels of computer courses * Planning, managing and taking part in rural visits for recruitment and computer training, often outside of normal working hours * Planning and coordinating stop-work rallies and meetings * Coordinating and managing all aspects of large conferences * Regular liaison with hospital management and suppliers * Continual customer service via telephone, workplace visits, computer training and visiting member’s homes * Maintaining stock levels, sourcing products and ordering promotional material * Office equipment maintenance * Monthly statistics and insurance reports * Digital photography for Nursing Journal

* Provide user support on all aspects of HR and Area Administration * Provide user support on basic functions of all other modules * Monitor, allocate and manage the Oracle Helpdesk calls relating to HR, Area Administration and Training * Monitor and maintain user access to the system * Maintain approval workflows and approval hierarchies * Analysis and problem solving of logged calls * Liaise with the Vendor Oracle re logged support calls
