Jodie’s been with Les Schwab for more than 25 years and prior to her promotion was the Company’s Executive Vice President (EVP) of Human Resources and Communications. Prior to joining Les Schwab, Hueske spent seven years as Assistant General Counsel for Columbia Aluminum Corporation. She holds a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in political science and government from Willamette University.
