ANZ Client Finance Management Lead; - Responsibilities are to drive the CFM global operating strategy and initiatives to improve service delivery and cost effectiveness across ANZ. Accountable for managing resources, process/tool deployment, and service delivery to ensure GAAP compliance at the engagement level and high quality, cost efficient customer service. Provides oversight for all CFM-related activities across the area, including people management (supply/demand to ensure appropriate coverage, recruiting, promotion), budget control, staffing and transition activities. A member of the senior executive client team and responsible for monitoring and solving business issues that impact engagement financials. Serves as integral member of engagement leadership team on larger/more complex engagements (e.g. value-based, gain sharing), which may have multiple service delivery components and complex commercial and/or U.S. GAAP compliance requirements. CMT Decision Support Finance Lead;- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and analysis support for the Communications and High Tech Portfolio for Asia Pacific. Act as primary point of contact for the operating unit/growth platform leadership and client executives regarding finance related questions, issues, policies, and procedures. Act as a business advisor to leadership on key decision by providing data and recommendations to aid decision making with focus on revenue and profitability improvement actions Finance Transformation Manager;- Leading a project based team that moved accounting processes from multiple countries and consolidated into an Asia Pacific Finance Shared Service centre in Dalian China. Watching the centre grow from nothing to over 200 personnel in 2 years was something I was very proud of.
