Moneywise Global has been part of the Flight Centre Travel Group for 25 years. We provide financial advice, expert services, education and money coaching to our 12,000 staff in Australia. As Project Manager my role is to develop digital marketing and customer experience solutions to our staff to support and enhance their financial journeys. We provide a blended face to face and digital solutions to engage, educate and support our people. We know that financial stress impacts 2 in 5 Australian workers which impacts health, increases absenteeism and effects revenue. We are passionate about supporting our people on their money journeys and are always seeking solutions to enhance the experience, support our staff and increase engagement.

Moneywise Global is part of the Flight Centre Travel Group. We provide financial planning, home loan and tax advice to thousands of employees working in numerous Flight Centre brands across six countries. As Strategic Project Manager my role is to create, co-ordinate, implement and review relevant financial literacy based projects for Moneywise Global. Our vision is to transform our people's dreams into reality and we do this through education, support and advice along their financial journey.

Moneywise Global is a uniquely structured financial planning practice, established in 1994, that operates as part of the Flight Centre Travel Group. We provide comprehensive financial planning advice to Flight Centre employees to assist them on their journey to become both personally and professionally successful. This is in alignment with one of the core Flight Centre philosophies. We have advised thousands of employees on saving, budgeting, investing, superannuation, building wealth, risk management and retiring.

* Health Super is an industry fund with $8B FUM and approximately 200,000 members within the healthcare sector. * Provided comprehensive financial advice to members of the Health Super industry fund. * Delivered regular education seminars to Health Super members across Victoria. * Designed and implemented tailored female focused education and advice initiatives to engage the female membership and generate business opportunities.

* Wealth Management, BW Financial Advice * Utilised financial planning knowledge to design and implement Induction training for the new financial planning business as part of strategic Wealth Management expansion. * The Induction program resulted in 100+ new financial planners being upskilled to provide a tailored financial planning offering to customers. * Developed compliant annual training plan encompassing financial, technical, sales and Xplan skills to the 100+ adviser network nationally.

* Established Corporate Chicks in 2004 upon identifying a niche opportunity for women’s networking. The hobby became a business as popularity grew and it was acquired by a larger networking group after four years of operation. * Developed a women’s business network of 1000 women across three states (VIC, NSW, TAS). * Provided a networking environment to facilitate meeting, exchanging ideas and promotion of their businesses. * Fostered business relationships between members resulting in sales, employment opportunities, partnerships and joint ventures

* Designed and implemented a system to transition Funds under Management (FUM) from external platform to internal platform in a compliant and efficient manner. This resulted in $60M FUM growth in the first year. * Managed the head office Transition team and liaised with external teams to complete each transition in a timely fashion

* Provided comprehensive financial advice to clients. * Pioneered a new sales system for the stockbrokers to provide comprehensive financial advice to traditional brokerage clients. This resulted in increased revenue generation, client retention and expanded service offering to existing database. * As Technical Services Specialist researched, prepared and delivered monthly technical workshop and technical bulletin for advisers.
