Client relations were strengthened as product delivery provided responsive and proactive customer service solutions. Oversight and program management of 80 major subprojects.

- Directed day-to-day IT production support operations and managed business strategy projects for the Demands and Payoffs Systems. - Prepared recommendations for an annual budget prior to each fiscal year and compared budget to actual performance. - Successfully implemented several new business development projects that were deployed on-time and under budget.

- Interacted with internal business and operational clients. - Interviewed business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of developed requirements; utilized PMP/PMI, Use Case, Prototyping and other methodologies. - Monitored IT coding standards when developing new applications to ensure operational efficiency.

- Provided technical and business consultation services in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for TXU Energy. - Managed the EDI installation of software packages, tools, and business processes with the Utility Regulatory Agencies during deregulation. - Assisted in establishing key project management standards including project schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, and resource management.

- Directed day-to-day business for the Asia Pacific Operations Center - Planned, monitored and adjusted staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in support of operational demands and business objectives. - Maintained and updated departmental policies and procedures manual to accommodate the Asia Pacific Business. - Responsible for training and development of employees.

- Increased the overall sales and profits of the regional Company by identifying and ensuring implementation of accurate, automated, multi-currency price calculations on the products sold. - Researched opportunities and strategies for improved services to clients.
