Improve overall program quality by planning, developing, and implementing activities for 400 kids. Provide administrative support and customer service. Coordinate and oversee 65+ staff, plan and develop trainings, and mentor staff in various subjects including Social Emotional Learning techniques. Assist in allocating annual budget funds for expenditure and enrichment classes. Coordinate schedule of enrichment classes with outside organizations.

Manage daily program operations which include working with school administration, scheduling staff for various clubs, managing budget and monitoring expenditures, scheduling space, marketing and registering students. Plan activities that focus on academic enrichment in focus areas such as STEM, literacy, and health and wellness.

Facilitate small tutorial groups that use questioning and collaborative learning techniques to help students develop answers to their questions on their own. Help organize groups, take notes, and support students to ask questions of each other. Evaluate student binders for the purpose of determining scheduled tasks and assignments.
