Responsible for P&L, sextuples (x6) the turnover and profit in 8 years. Setup KPI’s within production, purchasing, quality and sales department. Company management – human resource, sales & marketing, team built-up, order, delivery and quality control. Arrange Automechanika China and India. Welcoming local and central government visit in CCL Design Changzhou. Win the local Asia CCL Management to be a part of the APAC / Global automotive label manufacturing. Guide and monitor the automotive division activity in India, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Australia. Provide product training to local sales people in other APAC CCL location. Sales support to the local CCL label team. Provide automotive quality standards for a better understanding of IATF 16949. Implement global projects on local production base including all quality requirements. Host a weekly phone/video meeting to update the local situation and sharing new projects. Meet on monthly basis with local management to overview the cost/profit sharing and update the financial reporting before month end. Represent CCL Design to the Canadian, German and European Chambers of Commerce.
