Manager, Primary Process Business Unit Manufacturing Projects - Zero Loss Journey

- Project leader commercialization for Philippines and Thailand market. Also managed product commercialization for Taiwan, Bangladesh and China. - Understands market brief, participate in defining requirements for New Product Launches and Revamps during local product committee (LPC) reviews. Implement the agreed project plan and changes to reach the project objectives - Contributes to business justification of projects by managing scope, risk-impact analysis, budget and resource requirements to advise and enable management to make decisions that meet long term strategies   - Leads highly complex projects, utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices -Coordinates multicultural and cross-functional project teams, as well as internal and external resources for the activities of each project  - Submits/presents project status reports and other project information to project stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis and upon request  - Resolves complex projects/programs related issues by analyzing, identifying and facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutions  - Ensures the development and distribution of quality project-related documentation to all interested parties, project plan and schedule, project charter, meeting minutes and post launch evaluation report.

- Coordinates purchases for maintenance and repairs for operations (MRO) such as factory improvement (construction) projects and equipment maintenance (proactive and reactive) requirements. -Manages end to end bidding process from development of bidders’ lists for assigned RFQ packages, preparation of RFQ specific commercial documents for supplier bidding, reviewing of technical and commercial evaluation to select successful bidder. -Identifies and develops sourcing strategies and operational synergies for continuous improvement of procurement processes. -Manages and negotiates contracts.  KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: o Instrumental in the completion of the company’s warehouse consolidation project in terms of lease contract execution and third party logistics selection. o Introduced innovation in procurement approaches such as consideration of value engineering solutions in biddings. o Local representative to regional procurement initiatives such as IMS Spend Analysis o Consistently contributes to generation of cost savings. o Supports the department’s objectives by consistently meeting KPI targets
