I have worked in the employment law area for over 20 years and have extensive practical industrial relations experience, having worked for 3 trade unions earlier in my career, and for 10 years for employers. I also have experience working in the federal public sector, at the Department of Workplace Relations (including the now Fair Work Ombudsman), as well as the then Australian Industrial Relations Commission, and am currently working at WorkSafe Victoria as their IR/ER Legal Counsel.
