All our practice leaders have over a decade of executive recruitment experience and access to an unrivalled suite of assessment and search tools.

I operated as Talent Acquisition Director for the Faculty as well as Managing Director for the Executive Search and talent division known as: The Source. The Faculty are a world class Management Consultancy in the field of Supply Chain and Procurement transformation and we were able to attract hires from the Big 5 as well as industry who produced great results. Born out of The Faculty Management Consultants, The Source offered tailored procurement recruitment and supply chain recruitment solutions for leading organisations in the Asia Pacific region. My role was to build the talent consulting organisation from scratch into a leading procurement and supply chain industry search practice. Key achievements at The Source included: ► Wrote and devised business plan, vision, sales strategy and sales presentation and took the Source concept to market delivering profitability. ► Won 9 ASX 100 PSL agreements for procurement recruitment within the first 18 months. ► Drove social media strategy resulting in a procurement talent blog with 1000’s of views, a Procurement Linked In Group with over 1200 members and a newsletter with 2500 subscribers. ► Won selection as 1 of only 5 CIPSA (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Australia) accredited procurement recruitment providers in Australia out of over 100 initial expressions of interest. ►Published two thought leadership papers: Bravo: A Study of female leadership in Procurement and Onboard: How to successfully navigate the first 100 days in procurement. ► Personally sold and delivered a number of retained executive assignments within sporting organisations, mining companies, and infrastructure and telecommunications industries with remuneration packages in excess of $500k +. ► Sold multi vacancy procurement and supply chain campaigns to ASX50 organisation delivering brand new 5-10 person departments within 10 weeks. ► Launched the Source expansion office in Sydney in January 2012.
