Procures and executes photography for some of the nations largest retailers and e-commerce clients including: Nordstrom, Hautelook, Sole Society, TJ Maxx, Footlocker, Macy's, Sears. Produces photography shoots both in remote locations as well as in studio settings. Collaborates with Marketing Managers as well as Creative Directors to develop creative vision. Maintains, oversees, and directs, teams of up to 12 including: producers, set designers, wardrobe stylists, hair and makeup stylists, digital technicians, and lighting technicians. Creates and negotiates budgets with clients for project execution. Develops and oversees all annual marketing campaigns for Joaquin Palting Photography, employing traditional and non-traditional methods. Develops and maintains high level client relationships in Marketing and Advertising. Mentors young photography professionals to achieve their goals and dreams.
