* Responsible for managing payroll, benefits, compensation, incentives and 401k programs for Digital Risk. * Led an initiative that changed payroll process to accommodate parent company’s semi-monthly cycle. Reduced employee impact by devising transitional options for employees. Led the communication effort and managed the system changes. * Implemented changes to the vacation policy to encourage utilization and reduce liability concerns. Changes resulted a 30% reduction of unused vacation balances. * Created streamline processes that enabled the onboarding of over 700 individuals over a six month period nearly doubling the employee population. * Partnered with vendors reduce medical benefit cost for the first time in the company’s history. * Developed processes and implementation of the commission payment program for the organization’s Sales group.

The State of Florida through Sandata, contracted with Hewlett Packard Education Services to deliver instructor led training to Medicaid providers throughout the State of Florida. Hewlett Packard Education contracted V. Wright & Associates to provide qualified trainers for the training initiative. Delivered on-site instruction to Medicaid providers. This training took place throughout the state of Florida. Modules taught included system registration, scheduling, and billing. Delivered webinars via HP Virtual Room to classes of over 50 participants. Achieved the highest satisfaction rates from the attendees as determined by instructor evaluation questions.

* Successfully managed several national as well as local accounts. Increased total margin revenue and led organization to be recognized as the vendor of the year (2010) for one of our largest clients. * Led the recruiting team by solving candidate, requirement and submission related issues. * Provided Training and Development to a virtual (offshore) recruiting staff on technical as well as procedural requirements. * Managed staff to create recruiting plans and oversaw assisted recruiting efforts while implementing various new sourcing strategies to increase candidate pool.

Responsible for both the strategic vision as well as the direct management of a diverse team of learning delivery professionals that saw a year over year increase of over 150% in training facilitation hours allowing our most successful projects to meet increased client demands. Directed, supervised, and mentored members of the learning delivery team that grew from 6 to 16 members leveraging internal resources and partnering with internal lines of business for additional temporary support during peak training times. Partnered with key stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, establish learning objectives and instructional strategies as well as determining the scope, timing, resource requirements and constrains analysis.
