SOCAR REFINERY PROJECT: Prepare Data for the lookAhead schedule, starting from the tag Item List in system for construction implemented with timing of master schedule. Prepare sketch for subcontractor, WBS, manitem, tagitem, subphase of work, implementing with construction team and subcontractor the timing weekly basis, verifying the really quantities done against quantities planned, extracting the WORK FRONT for subcontractor phase of work. Implement data in construction system and benchmark the compliance with master schedule preparing report for planning manager and construction. In the second phase of the project follows with the activities of Test Packs and Punch list, setting the construction system and implementing data day by day for the activities developed, prepare data analysis for construction team.

* Production Control Leader * Responsible for the Production Control Tools * Ensure the proper administration of procedures and Production Control methodologies in all projects. * Serve as a reference and ensure the technical formation of all Production Control personnel. * Ensure the mobilization of Production Control personnel to all projects.

SOCAR REFINERY PROJECT: under the leadership of the Site Manager, I am responsible to initiate the completion database for tracking information required in the turnover/handover, coordinate the flow of documentation, provide status reports and submit the Handover documentation (Mechanical Completion, RFSU and Handover dossiers). Coordinate all Turnover and Handover activities and Punch list compilation with Contractor Construction & Commissioning and the Owner representatives. Responsible to officially notify to all parties involved when a Subsystem reaches some of the milestones associated to them
