As Project Controls Manager and reporting to the Managing Director, supervising a team of planners and cost engineers is responsible for: ▪Prepares production management reports, financial reports, cost reports and invoicing reports. ▪Execution of project’s rebudget. ▪Control of project costs and monitoring compared to the rebudget. ▪Supported Claim development and discussion with the client. ▪Develops and monitors project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project. ▪Tracks progress and cashflow progress. As Commercial Manager and supporting budget department and commercial department is responsible for: ▪Elaboration, delivery and monitoring of commercial proposals / bids. ▪Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.

* Project Manager in the execution of the Paralympic Centre of Rio de Janeiro (Phases 1 and 2). Project was completed with very good results to the company. * As Project Manager my main responsibilities were: * ▪Representing the client's interest, providing consultations to subcontractors, reviewing material and equipment suppliers. * ▪Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements. * ▪Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained. * ▪Organising the various professional people working on a project. * ▪Providing independent advice on the management of projects and preparation of technical comparatives of vendor proposals. * ▪Risk assessment. * ▪Agreeing on project objectives with management and making sure the objectives of the project are met. * ▪Ensure quality standards are met. * ▪Follow up on accounting, costing and billing.

* Assistant construction site manager in the requalification of a public school – 13M EUR – Project completed within budget and deadline. * My responsibilities were to assist the Project manager in completing the following tasks: * ▪Estimating. * ▪Prepare proposals to client. * ▪Scheduling. * ▪Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. * ▪Updating project schedules, scopes of work and budgets. * ▪Project request for information. * ▪Projects document control. * ▪Process subcontractors and vendors invoices. * ▪Prepare project invoice to owner based on percent complete. * ▪Solving project issues.
