I specialize in strategic sourcing for leadership and high-impact positions, moving beyond a reactive approach. My focus is to proactively identify and engage C-level and high-relevance talent in commercial areas (such as Key Account and Account Executive). I use a data-driven methodology to build a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring the company has access to top-tier professionals even before a hiring need arises.

At Núclea, my work was central to attracting talent for key areas such as Commercial, Data, Compliance, and Legal. I led the recruitment and selection strategy, ensuring we connected with the right professionals. Additionally, I managed the company's trainee program, strengthened relationships with higher education institutions, and promoted the Núclea employer brand in the market. I was also responsible for the structuring and migration of HR platforms, which improved efficiency and the team's overall experience.

My hybrid experience allows me to act strategically across multiple HR fronts. In People Experience, I am responsible for internal communications, talent experience, internal marketing, and employee support. I also conduct exit interviews and manage KPIs, contributing to data-driven decision-making. In Talent Acquisition, I lead the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes strategic sourcing, screening, and profile alignment with leadership. I have expertise in the implementation and management of ATS (Kenoby/Gupy), in addition to creating and managing talent pools and career pages. My approach is data-driven, constantly seeking efficiency and the delivery of top talent to the organization.

I was responsible for sourcing strategic talent for both the Clinical Research & Pharma (High-Cost Products and Generics - SANDOZ) and Corporate divisions.
