About
My work does not begin with behaviour. It begins with understanding the child.I have been working with autistic children for nearly three decades, across Brazil, the UK, and now Portugal — in public, therapeutic, and international school settings.Over time, one pattern became clear:The main challenge is rarely the child. It is the absence of a shared language among the adults around them.Parents, teachers, and therapists often work with different parts of the child — without a common framework to understand development as a whole. This is where the Relational Development Framework (RDF) emerges. Not as a method. Not as a protocol. But as a way of reading development — integrating behaviour, regulation, cognition, and relationship into a coherent understanding that can guide action in real-world contexts.Through GrowKind World, I work at the intersection of:School environmentsFamily systemsIndividual developmental profilesSupporting adults to move from reacting to behaviour → to understanding development. In 2026, I will publish “Onde o Mundo Nasce Entre Nós”, a work that translates this approach into an accessible language for parents, educators, and clinicians.GrowKind World is currently expanding into school partnerships, training programmes, and implementation contexts.Open to collaboration

GrowKind World is an editorial and training initiative dedicated to building a shared language between families, educators and health professionals who support neurodivergent children. As founder, I lead the development of the RDF (Relational Development Framework), the creation of the first book — "Where the World is Born Between Us" (2026) — and the building of a community of adults committed to accompanying development rather than simply managing behaviour. The project is built on three principles: • Regulation before instruction • Relationship before correction • Process before performance
