With a British Degree in Criminal Sociology (Manchester) and European Master in Criminology (Barcelona) allowed him to perfect the analysis of human interaction processes and sociocultural influence. After several years in management positions in a British company based in Paris, he was invited to be responsible in France for the training in all the establishments of the group in several French cities, consolidating the strategic dimension in organizational performance in terms of management, communication, planning, motivation, conflict resolution and leadership. Over a decade ago, in the area of criminal investigation in Portugal, in particular in the Insurance sector, evolving in the capacity of perception and behavioral observation, as well as in the adaptation to the surrounding social environment, combining academic knowledge in the social sciences, with a broad framework of his professional experience. The eternal passion for interpersonal and group relations naturally led him to embrace the challenge of developing within organizations.
