Management of major projects, which would include proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination. The planning, organization, coordination, and monitoring of activities of the department in implementing the heritage plan due to the construction of the Baixo Sabor water dam. Coordination of the resources allocated to several teams of various disciplines. Role: Official Engineer of the “Comando da Área Ibero – Atlântica em Oeiras” (CINCIBERLANT) Responsibilities: Coordinator of the Logistics Division (C-4) in NATO civil works in the Ibero-Atlantic Area

Role: Official Engineer for the infrastructure department of Portuguese Air Force. Responsibilities: Responsible for NATO civil works on Air Base of Monte Real, more specifically, infrastructure for A-7P and F-16 aircraft. Preparation of applications for the projects SHAPE and SACLANT (NATO) for the approval of NATO common financial funds. Project Management for public tender and analysis of proposals.
