Co-Facilitated day-long Awakening the Dreamer community symposiums

Created a new client base and prospect pipeline from the ground up.  Provided classroom technical software training for business clients.  Sold CRM software, training, and consulting services through project bids.

Present and facilitate Productive Interactions™ Vision-Focused Leadership trainings for large profile clients. Increase participant’s capacity to generate and resolve complex communication issues resulting in better outcomes and higher productivity. Co-design and co-facilitate multiple series effectiveness trainings for various business units within larger organizations.

Senior leadership team member contributing to the development of new programs, contract staffing, procedures and marketing materials to increase revenue. Leader in moving the organization towards financial health. Averaged 25% of the total revenue produced as 1 of 6 Account Executives while developing and delivering on average 35% of total company programs. Consult and assess business clients’ team development needs, create program design and facilitate training to address goals and objectives using innovative experiential learning methods. Developed and delivered 3 internal train-the-trainer workshops for 28 participants resulting in substantially increasing program delivery. Designed and facilitated over 300 programs in the US and aboard with thousands of participants.
