As the HR Manager my role was to manage the administration function of the HR department as well as retaining the responsibility for all training and development within the company. In this role I managed a small team of administrators and reported directly to the HR Vice President. I was responsible for ensuring that the service provided to the company was efficient, effective and above all approachable. I also worked closely with our HR Business Partners in the development and delivery of internal HR processes and procedures and ensuring that all policies were updated and in line with legislation and internal requirements.

* As the L&D Training Co-ordinator and NVQ Manager I was responsible for the full administration and co-ordination of the Training Department. This role covered 18 sites and over +1200 employees. Key areas of responsibilities * End to end provision of all training with the UK group. * Manage the companies TNA’s, and PDP’s, including validating and designing training solutions. * Manage internal and external satellite trainers and training centres including negotiation of SLAs. * Manage and direct the international graduate programme. * Manage and organise NVQ Programmes. * Validate and monitor all training and implement changes where necessary. * Lead on the implementation of L&D best practice, including the development of new ideas and strategies. * Liaising with our CENE Teams in the provision of training for UK Staff.
