Providing clients with a positive experience buying or selling real estate is my goal. Having volunteered for eight years on my local Board of Education, I believe education is key, not only for our youth , but also for clients, because a real estate transaction is such a major endeavor financially and emotionally. I strive to provide clients with the information they need concerning the process, transactions, contracts, resources, etc.. It is paramount for enabling them to make informed decisions. Good communication is also important, as it creates a trusting partnership so clients can achieve their desired goal. I work with buyers and sellers of residential properties in the surrounding towns of Glastonbury (office location) and East Hampton ( home location), including but not limited to Marlborough, Portland, Colchester and East Haddam. I will work with buyers where ever they would like to live within a reasonable drive. I especially enjoy assisting first time home buyers. Lake properties are another area I try to focus on, as there are several lakes in my area.
