I've been in the apparel industry for over 20 years, extending to manufacturing, procurement, negotiating, developing, trading and logistics. Experienced with the manufacturing environment and explaining clearly the technical workmanship, whether for simple workmanship clothing items such as sleepwear, swimming wear, casual pants and wool wear or the complex functional outerwear, ski-wear, and technical rainwear. I'm good at helping designers/developers to make their inspiration and designs into reality, providing tailored solutions in case of cost issues and garment workmanship issues. I'm also responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, purchasing, production, technical, logistics) to resolve issues and improve process efficiency to ensure good quality and timely delivery. I thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and effective problem-solving are paramount. Throughout my career, I have successfully built and maintained strong client/supplier relationships, optimized logistics operations, and contributed to sales growth.
