Joanne Sarraf Chehab

As CEO and board member of Malia Holding, I lead a multi-sector regional group rooted in family legacy and shaped for the future. Since 2016, I’ve been driving transformation across the Group by embedding long-term value creation, sustainability, and governance into the core of our strategy, placing people and purpose above short-term performance. My leadership is hands-on. With experience across sales, marketing, HR, procurement, and finance, I bring operational depth and strategic clarity to decisions. I’m a founding member of the Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation and the Family Business Network – Levant Chapter. I also serve on the board of the UN Global Compact Network Lebanon and several academic institutions. A member of YPO, I hold a BA in Economics from Saint Joseph University and a Master’s in Management from ESSEC.
