Responsible for the production planning of 10 High Speed Assembly Lines producing 1.8M pieces per week and 65 Injection Moulding Machines producing 25M pieces per week, optimising manufacturing efficiency and the utilisation of capacity. Ensuring Customer requirements are met all times; key customer account management; resources are available; capacity planning; continuity of supply of both manufactured and purchased items; KPIs are relevant and tracked; low waste; high quality; reduced down time; reduced shortages; reduced costs and resolving production issues; continuous un-interrupted production throughout the entire manufacturing process and ensuring Company targets are met. Responsible for planning, forecasting and purchasing of all production raw materials and consumables ensuring continuous supply, good quality and competitive pricing to reach financial targets and achieve continuous uninterrupted production. Building and maintaining first class supplier relationships and effective working partnerships. Control supply of £4M in raw materials per year. Manage Inventory levels of £1M. Improve processes and systems to maximise the accuracy of data.
