Joanne Lynch

With 27 years experience in procurement, I am responsible for the procurement of between 800 million to 1.3 billion dollars’ worth of goods and services on behalf of all government departments, agencies and school boards for the Government of New Brunswick each year. I am responsible for the Strategic Procurement Branch made up of strategic sourcing professionals that procure goods and services using a category management approach and the Procurement Enablement Branch that provides subject matter expertise with respect to legislation, policy, trade agreements and contracts and it also “owns” the NBON system that is the backbone of the province’s procurement system. This Branch is also responsible for all performance reporting for the Strategic Procurement Division.
