* Organizational IT Project and Change Manager (OCM) for the transition of the Property Portfolio to the NWSA from both the Port of Tacoma (South Harbor) and the Port of Seattle (North Harbor). * Coordinated and successfully implemented key applications and upgrades for the Port of Tacoma. * Created the Port of Tacoma SaaS (Service as a Software) and SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Led a project team of over 70 resources to implement an OCM initiative Grant system / workflow to provide ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) quarterly reporting for over 800 approved Grants ($380M) which included the development of an agile designed / developed Data Mart. Facilitated and led the University’s first ‘Lean’ OCM project for Campus Alterations which included a three (3) day intensive walk-through of the current process and resulted in the identification of numerous process improvements including the agile software development of a unique scheduling tool. Developed and delivered an ‘Introduction to Project Management’ 2 day course which was rolled out to participants in August, 2010 along with a special presentation to the Internal Audit Forum for both Washington and Oregon States in September, 2010.

* Led the creation, development and implementation of a new PDQ Stage Gate Project Methodology which required a year of ‘pre-selling’ across the entire Russell Organization (OCM initiative) to gain consensus and buy-in prior to implementation along with a new Enterprise Portfolio Management tool. * Facilitated meetings with Senior Management and the assigned Project Manager to gain understanding and alternatives analysis on a troubled or challenging project to influence or assist in moving the effort forward in a positive direction. * Provided Senior Management with an assessment of the overall project portfolio based on my detailed analysis along with the selection of specific projects requiring a Senior Management monthly review meeting. * Created and maintained the PMO and ITWG SharePoint sites for education and training * Championed and designed a repository for all Project Lessons Learned in order to capture all historical lessons learned data / reports

* Successfully led the implementation of the SunGard Protegent PTA for financial personal trading, code of ethics and employee compliance solution with roll-out for 1,300 employees on a tight three (3) month timeframe which was nominated for project of the year. * Responsibility for all USI e-business and SalesLogix Small Enhancements. * Responsibility for all financial Technical Project Management initiatives assigned to ensure timely completion in accordance with Russell policies and procedures.

* Responsibility for all projects in relation to two (2) programs, i.e., Electronic Document Browser (EDB) and On-Board Performance Tool (OPT) for the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB). * Implemented the Change Control Board (CCB) for both programs since hire. * Implemented Peer Reviews for Certificate of Compliance (CoC) in relation to both the EDB and OPT programs and assisted in the set-up of the Macroscope Project Methodology.

Led a Team of on-shore / off-shore resources across many roles in disparate locations, including offshore management of wholly owned India office and 3rd party consultants and partners using Scrum and other Agile skill sets. Created the Statement of Work to all Senior Executives in various Companies (i.e., Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Intel, etc.) and helped to educate customers toward the correct software solutions and recommendations of the best phased approach. Provided outside Senior Executives with a periodic in-person project deliverable review and solicited feedback for exploration of any alternatives analysis. Created, led and maintained an OCM initiative through the creation of a PMO Department and provided status and financial reporting facilitated through a weekly presentation to all Senior Executives. Solely responsible for project resource and budget planning.
