CashBack for Communities is a unique Scottish Government programme which takes money seized from criminals under the proceeds of crime legislation and invest them in our future - our young people. Phase 4 of Cashback has a stronger focus on helping tackle Scotland's inequalities - raising the attainment, ambition and aspirations of those young people across Scotland who are disadvantaged by: Living in areas of deprivation. Being unemployed, not in education or training: and/or Being at risk of being involved in antisocial behaviour, offending/reoffending.

Fair Start Scotland is a new employment support service which helps people living in Scotland to find work. This voluntary service aims to provide flexible and tailored support that is responsive to the needs of unemployed people and businesses across Scotland. It is an opportunity to deliver an approach to employment support that is more flexible, and responsive to a changing labour market, tackling labour market inequalities and growing Scotland's economy by helping more people into work.

We deliver Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeships and Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeships in a wide variety of occupations: Furniture OccupationsWoodmachiningBusiness AdministrationCustomer ServiceInformation TechnologyRetailCatering and HospitalityFood ManufacturingGeneral ManufacturingWarehouse and StorageGlass OccupationsCarpentry and JoineryTeam Leading and ManagementWe also offer the Study Programme and Traineeships, the exciting pre-apprenticeship programmes tailored to suit the needs of young people aged 16-18 who are not yet ready, or able, to directly enter an Apprenticeship or employment.We have a Centre of Vocational Excellence for the woodmachining and furniture trades and also two Vocational Centre's of Excellence. One centre is in Accrington housing our Apprentice Recruitment department, Employer Engagement team, Study Programme team, Job Centre Provision and a state of the art Catering and Hospitality training facility and the other centre is in Fleetwood housing our Fleetwood Study Programme Team.
