 Established headhunting business including legal requirements (licensing, company registration).  Formed an alliance with investor company J-Seed Ventures K.K. (incubator company).  Responsible for everyday management of company including financial and administrative issues (forecasts/cash flow reports, financial structure – issuance of new shares, liaising with external tax accountant and annual closing, checking monthly financial reports, due diligence – checking compliance with local laws and regulations), dealing with legal/contractual issues, recruitment of new consultants, goal setting and quarterly meetings to track consultant progress, setting short term and long term company goals, conducting training sessions to improve individual recruiting skills.  Shareholders meeting; reporting to Shareholders annually.  Responsible for growing company to 12 staff.  Responsible for growing company from revenues of JY10mill (approx. Euros78, 000) in first year to JY155mill (2007) (approx. Euros1.21mill). Company turned first profit in 2007.
