1. Testing and inspection in response to the growing proliferation of substandard and counterfeit electronics components in accordance to AS6081, IDEA-1010B and MIL-STD-883J standards. 2. Establishing component qualification procedure and complete qualification testing report 6. Product failure analysis, handle component FA by QC 7 methods 7. Composing component failure analysis report after complete physical and electrical analysis, such as visual inspection, swap verification, signal measurement, component destructive analysis 8. Daily work with component supplier: Broadcom, Samsung and ST for defective component FA status and corrective action implement status 9. AVL supplier quality scorecard 10. Evaluate supplier’s ECN (review vendor reliability report, and get new samples to do qualification report), ensure implement correctly 11. Introduce 2nd source and evaluate 2nd source 12. New project introduce, building BOM list, manage mass production, production yield rate analysis and improve , FAI check, failure analysis for NPI,OBA and customer return boards, engineering change management (ECN,ECO,ECR), as a communication bridge between RD and factory , transfer manufacture requirements to PD from RD and customer, test and assess the products if meet design and client requirement.
