I work as a part of resourcing team, engaging with external, passive talent and driving candidates to the active pipeline of the vacancies. Acting as an embedded part of the Talent Acquisitions Team at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, on RPO basis, focusing on biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Typical geographical coverage include EMEA region, with particular focus on European markets.

As part of the internal talent acquisition team at GXO, one of the world’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) companies, I’ve led recruitment for four diverse business units: Technology & Consumer Goods, Life Science, eCommerce, Fashion & Apparel, and Grocery. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with iconic brands such as ASOS, BT, British Airways, River Island, Zara, Primark, adidas, Waitrose, Sainsbury's or NHS. My role encompassed full-cycle recruitment, including talent needs assessment, candidate sourcing, job advert creation, screening and evaluation, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Beyond recruitment, I contributed to internal mobility programs, employer branding initiatives, recruitment metrics tracking, and continuous process improvement. My responsibilities also involved strategic support through re-deployment assistance, site visits, market insights, and tailored reporting.

Working in a fast-paced logistics environment, I specialised in driving strategic talent acquisition and HR initiatives that align with business goals and foster organisational growth. Supporting a workforce of 350+ employees within the warehouse setting, I oversaw the entire talent lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing strategies to candidate assessment, onboarding, and retention.

Led a team of 20+ in delivering goods to all Decathlon UK stores, overseeing an annual volume of over 1.5 million units across brands such as Oxelo, Btwin, Artengo, Inesis, Kipsta, Wedze, Tribord, and Nabaji. Responsible for meeting B2B requirements nationwide by coordinating, forecasting, and optimizing warehouse logistics operations. Additionally, I performed regular Duty Manager shifts, ensuring seamless daily operations across the distribution center, including security and contractor management.

Overseeing B2C operations to ensure customer needs are met nationwide by coordinating, forecasting, and enhancing warehouse logistics processes. Leading a team of 45+ to fulfill online bulky orders for UK customers, representing 20% of total online business. Also served as Duty Manager, regularly coordinating daily activities across the distribution center, including oversight of security and contractor operations
