Led a large-scale mandate project to improve Haul Truck cycle times to ensure annual production targets would be met and enable future investment in the mine. Led a small team to create integrated production plans for the Concentrator plant while ensuring alignment with value stream requirements

Perform pre-task risk assessments and Safety checklists and identify opportunities to remove safety risks from the workplace. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) incident investigations, equipment failures and process failures with cross-sectional work groups. Provide valve to the business through Defect Elimination which includes communicating at all stakeholder levels for prioritisation of projects. Analysing lost production data and maintenance cost data to identify opportunities for improvement, and use RCA methodologies to identify root cause and develop solutions. Collaborating and assisting Maintenance, Operations, Technical and Project & Engineering teams.

Manage machine and fleet specific projects based on maintenance team requirements or to target defect elimination.

As a part of the CER’s Power Stations Section I contribute to the administration of the RET. In my position as a Regulatory Officer I process and interpret complex data from electronically generated spreadsheets to allocate incentives to power stations. My role also includes the processing of applications for the accreditation of renewable energy power stations.

I have a combined degree in Engineering (Honours) and Science. I have completed five years of an engineering double major in sustainable energy systems and materials and mechanics and a science major in biology.
