- Initiated and led a lysosomal protein degradation program, transforming an exploratory project into a key company research direction and advancing it from proof-of-concept to in vivo–enabling studies. - Designed and built end-to-end screening platforms for targeted protein degradation and oral biologic delivery programs, enabling efficient candidate identification, optimization, and progression. - Developed translational pharmacodynamic (PD) strategies and assays, including MSD-based methods supporting in vivo and non-human primate studies. - Led the design and execution of in vivo and ex vivo studies, including EGFR-targeted degradation studies in xenograft models and target-engagement studies in human whole blood using flow cytometry. - Managed collaborations with local and international CROs, overseeing study design, method transfer, protein production workflows, and data delivery while mentoring junior scientists and contributing to target evaluation and portfolio strategy.
