I am a leader in real estate, a board member, and an active investor with a career dedicated to shaping sustainable, community-driven developments. As Group Chief Executive Officer of PE Holdings, i oversee transformative projects across Malaysia, including pioneering retail and lifestyle destinations that balance commercial performance with social and environmental impact. My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that property development is about more than buildings — it is about creating communities that empower people, foster wellness, and sustain themselves for generations to come. Our projects such as Penang’s Design Village have been recognized as the first shopping mall in Malaysia to be platinum certified with GreenRE, and The Spring Mall which is a multiple award mall in Sarawak. My background in Landscape Architecture cultivated my believes in integrating open-air design, sustainability, and lifestyle and wellness experiences that reflect the evolving needs of modern communities. I am also a strong advocate for young leaders in business. I actively mentor young entreprenuers, and champions inclusive leadership as a driver of innovation and long-term success. I was the founding president of Entrepreneurs Organization's Apac Bridge Chapter, and currently a Committee Member of YPO Straits Tigers Chapter. I am also an investor with a focus on healthcare and biotech startups. My work consistently reflects a global perspective — aligning investment with responsibility and innovation with purpose.
