* I was a receptionist in a busy, 24 hour casino located in central Manchester. My roles and duties included: * Checking members into the venue * Signing up new members and managing the database * Taking bookings and making reservations for our busy restaurant * Managing the emails * Escorting new members to various areas of the casino * Answering telephones and dealing with general inquiries * During my time at Genting Club Manchester I was rewarded for my excellent customer service skills and my ability to keep calm in all situations. I worked with a range of different people and also went through numerous different training sessions including money laundering and signature service. I spent my first few months at a different location learning how to run the bar and valet.
